AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة المساءلة الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. لغرض تحقيق هذا الهدف، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. وتم تطوير استبانة لقياس درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للمساءلة الإدارية، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الدرجة الكلية لدرجة ممارسة المساءلة الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية كانت متوسطة، وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة المساءلة الإدارية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، وهناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري التخصص وسنوات الخدمة لصالح فئة أدبي، وفئة لصالح ذو الخدمة 5 سنوات وأقل على التوالي. وأوصت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات كان أهمها العمل على تعميق وزيادة الوعي بضرورة زيادة الممارسات المتعلقة بالمساءلة الإدارية عن طريق تدريبهم. AB - The study aimed to identify the degree of administrative accountability practice among government secondary school principals from the teachers' point of view. For the purpose of achieving this goal, a descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire was developed to measure the degree of school principals' practice of administrative accountability, and its validity and reliability were verified. The study concluded that the total degree of the degree of administrative accountability among government secondary school principals was medium, and it was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative accountability due to the variables of gender and educational qualification, and there are statistically significant differences due to the variables of specialization and years of service in favor of a literary category, and a For those with service of 5 years and less, respectively. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which was working to deepen and increase awareness of the need to increase practices related to administrative accountability through training them.
