AB - هدف البحث إلى دراسة فاعلية برنامج تطوير مهني قائم على بحث الدرس في تطوير الممارسات التأملية لدى معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية في المملكة العربية السعودية، ولتحقيق ذلك أعد الباحثان برنامجا قائما على النموذج الياباني للتطوير المهني للمعلمين والمسمى ببحث الدرس. واتبعت منهجية البحث النوعي باستخدام أسلوب دراسة الحالة. استعملت لجمع البيانات أداتان هما: الاستبانة، وأسئلة المقابلات بعد انتهاء البرنامج، وشارك في البحث أربعة من معلمي الرياضيات بإحدى المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة الرياض، واستغرق تطبيق البرنامج وجمع البيانات فصلا دراسيا كاملا. ثم حللت البيانات وربطت ونوقشت وفسرت بشمولية. أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير لبرنامج بحث الدرس في تطوير الممارسات التأملية، وكانت أكثر الممارسات التأملية تطويرا لدى المعلمين المشاركين: 1) الأهداف التعليمية: "التأمل حول موضوع بحث الدرس (الهدف البعيد)"، و"التأمل حول أهداف الدروس". 2) المحتوى الرياضي: "التأمل في المحتوى لتحديد درس البحث"، و"تدقيق النظر في المحتوى وفق الأهداف"، و"التفكير دائما في ربط المحتوى بحياة التلاميذ". 3) إجراءات التدريس: "التأمل والمراجعة لخطة الدرس قبل تنفيذها"، و"التأملات الذاتية حول الإجراءات وتوفير البدائل"، و"مناقشة التأملات مع الزملاء لاقتراح الحلول". 4) تعلم التلاميذ: "التفكير حول سبل إثارة الدافعية للتلاميذ"، و"تأملات المعلم الذاتية حول تعلم التلاميذ". وبناء على النتائج قدمت بعض التوصيات؛ للمساهمة في تطبيق بحث الدرس بما يلائم المدارس السعودية بفاعلية. AB - The research aimed to study the effectiveness of lesson study based professional development program on developing reflective practices of elementary school mathematics teachers, research qualitative approach was adopted according to the case study method. The data collection tools were a questionnaire and an interview card. Four teachers from a primary school in Riyadh participated in the research. Then all qualitative data were analyzed, linked, discussed and interpreted comprehensively. The results showed there was an effect of the lesson research program, and the most developed reflective practices among the participating teachers were: 1) Educational objectives: "Reflection on the topic of the lesson research" and "Reflection on the objectives of the lessons". 2) The mathematical content: "Reflection on the content to determine the research lesson", "the self reflections of the content according to the objectives", and "always thinking about linking the content to the students' real life". 3) Teaching procedures: "Reflection and review of the lesson plan before Implementing it", "self reflections on procedures and providing alternatives", and "discussing reflections with peers to propose solutions". 4) Pupils' learning: "Thinking about ways to stimulate students' motivation" and "Teacher's self reflections on student learning".
