AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى واقع تعزيز ثقافة الحوار وتقبل الآخر في الجامعات الفلسطينية، إضافة إلى دراسة أثر متغيرات الجنس، والكلية، والمستوى الدراسي، والسنة الدراسية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطوير إستبانة تكونت من (44) فقرة مقسمة إلى أربعة مجالات هي: 1) حوار الطلبة مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس. 2) وحوار الطلبة مع زملائهم. 3) وإدارة الجامعة وحوارها مع الطلبة. 4) ودور عضو هيئة التدريس، وتم التأكد من دلالة صدقها وثباتها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (226) طالبا وطالبة تم إختيارها من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده (2200) طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة النجاح الوطنية، في كليتي العلوم التربوية والعلوم، وتم إختيارها بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وتم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة حصول جميع مجالات الدراسة والدرجة الكلية على درجة مرتفعة، ما عدا مجال إدارة الجامعة وحوارها مع الطلبة الذي حصل على درجة متوسطة، كما وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في واقع ثقافة تعزيز الحوار، وتقبل الآخر تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، والكلية، والمستوى الدراسي والسنة الدراسية، ووجود فروق في مجال حوار الطلبة مع زملائهم في متغير السنة الدراسية، وكانت الفروق لصالح سنة أولى، وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: أن يكون هناك دور أكبر وفعال من قبل إدارة الجامعة في عملية تطوير ثقافة الحوار وتقبل الآخر، وإيجاد قنوات مختلفة للإلتقاء بين إدارة الجامعة والطلبة وممثليهم في الأحزاب المختلفة. AB - The study aimed to identify the reality of the culture of dialogue and acceptance of the other at An-Najah National University, and to identify the impact of the variables of gender, college, academic level, and academic year. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (44) paragraphs was developed and divided into four areas: 1) Students dialogue with faculty members. 2) Students dialogue with their colleagues. 3) University administration and its dialogue with students. 4) The role of faculty members. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified. The study sample consisted of (226). It was selected from the study population of (2200) male and female students of An-Najah National University in the Faculties of Educational Sciences and the Science Faculty. It was selected using the simple random sampling method. The descriptive approach was used. The results of the study showed that all the fields of the study and the total degree obtained a high degree, except for the field of university administration and its dialogue with students, which obtained a medium degree. The results also showed that there were no differences in the reality of the culture of dialogue and acceptance of the other due to the variables of gender, college, academic level and academic year. The most important recommendations of the study were that there should be a greater and more effective role by the university administration in the process of developing the culture of dialogue and acceptance of the other, finding different channels of convergence between the university administration and students and their representatives in different parties.
