AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى التطبيقات الإدارية للأنظمة الخبيرة في أقسام القيادة التربوية في ضوء مدخل النظم، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمسحي، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للبحث. تكونت عينة البحث من رؤساء أقسام القيادة التربوية في كليات التربية بالجامعات السعودية الحكومية، البالغ عددهم (25) رئيسا. توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: أن مستوى توافر قاعدة المعرفة للأنظمة الخبيرة في أقسام القيادة التربوية (كمدخلات) جاء بدرجة منخفضة، كما أن مستوى توافر الموارد والبرمجيات للأنظمة الخبيرة في أقسام القيادة التربوية (كعمليات تحويلية) جاء بدرجة منخفضة، بينما جاء مستوى توافر واجهة المستخدم للأنظمة الخبيرة في أقسام القيادة التربوية (كمخرجات) بدرجة منخفضة. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث، أوصى الباحث بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية مستمرة لرؤساء أقسام القيادة التربوية على كيفية الاستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة والأنظمة الخبيرة، تضمين تطبيقات الأنظمة الخبيرة في المؤسسات التعليمية باعتباره من العوامل المساعدة في دعم اتخاذ القرار، توعية القيادات بالكيفية التي تزيد من تجويد استخدام التكنولوجيا في الإدارة والقيادة. AB - The aim of the research is to identify the level of administrative applications of expert systems in educational leadership departments in light of the systems approach. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive-analytical and survey method was adopted. The results showed that the level of availability of the knowledge base for expert systems in educational leadership departments (as inputs) was low. The level of availability of resources and software for expert systems in educational leadership departments (as transformational processes) came to be low, as well as the level of availability of the user interface for expert systems in educational leadership departments (as outputs) recorded a low degree. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended the necessity of holding continuous training courses for heads of educational leadership departments on how to take advantage of modern technologies and expert systems, including the applications of expert systems in educational institutions, as one of the helping factors in supporting decision-making, educating leaders about how to improve the use of Technology in management and leadership.
