AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على آليات لتحسين الوعي البيئي في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، ووضع تصور مقترح لتحسين الوعي البيئي لتلاميذ التعليم الأساسي في ضوء المسؤولية المجتمعية. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن تحسين الوعي البيئي لدى التلاميذ مطلب ضروري ومهم لبناء مجتمع واع أكثر مسؤولية يسهم فى تماسك بنيان المجتمع وتحقيق التوازن فيه؛ لأن المشكلات البيئية تعد من المشكلات التى يصعب التعامل معها وتنظيمها من خلال التشريعات فقط ولكونها في الأساس مسألة سلوكية، فإن الحل الأمثل لمواجهتها والمحافظة على البيئة وحمايتها يكمن في حسن تنشئة الإنسان المتفهم لبيئته والمدرك لظروفها والواعي لما يواجهها من مشكلات وما يتهددها من أخطار والقادر على أن يسهم في حمايتها وصيانتها عن رغبة وإقتناع، بالإضافة إلى تدعيم الإحساس بالمسؤولية نحو تحسين البيئة والتعامل مع البيئة تعاملا إيجابيا ومقاومة كل ما من شأنه أن يهدد أمنها وسلامتها، فالمسؤولية المجتمعية تعد حاجة اجتماعية بقدر ما هي حاجة فردية لأن المجتمع بأكمله في حاجة إلى الفرد المسؤول اجتماعيا. AB - The aim of the research is to identify mechanisms to improve environmental awareness in the basic education stage. Developing a proposed vision to improve the environmental awareness of basic education students in the light of the requirements of social responsibility. Because environmental problems are among the problems that are difficult to deal with and regulate through legislation only, and because they are basically a behavioral issue, the best solution to confront them and preserve and protect the environment lies in the good upbringing of a person who understands his environment and is aware of its conditions and aware of the problems it faces and the dangers that threaten it and who is able to contributes to its protection and maintenance out of desire and conviction, in addition to strengthening the sense of responsibility towards improving the environment and dealing with the environment in a positive manner and resisting all that would threaten its security and safety, so social responsibility is a social need as much as it is an individual need because the entire society needs a socially responsible individual.
