AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي والاتساق المعرفي لدى عينة من طلبة البكالوريوس في جامعة الطفيلة التقنية، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (434) طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، طُبق عليهم مقياس التدفق النفسي المُكون من (25) فقرة، ومقياس الاتساق المعرفي المُكون من (32) فقرة، وذلك بعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، وقد أظهرت النتائج: أن درجة التدفق النفسي مُرتفعة ودرجة الاتساق المعرفي متوسطة لدى طلبة جامعة الطفيلة التقنية، كذلك أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين التدفق النفسي والاتساق المعرفي، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) في الدرجة الكلية للتدفق النفسي تُعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمُستوى الأكاديمي، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) لبُعد التغذية الراجعة وكانت الفروق لصالح الإناث على هذا البُعد، في حين أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) في الدرجة الكلية للاتساق المعرفي تُعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمستوى الأكاديمي. AB - This study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological flow and cognitive consistency among a sample of undergraduate students at Tafila Technical University. The descriptive correlative approach has been used on a sample of (434) students using the stratified random method. The cognitive consistency scale consisting of (32) items and the psychological flow scale consisting of (25) items were adopted, after verifing their validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of psychological flow is high and the degree of cognitive consistency is medium at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between psychological flow and cognitive consistency. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the total degree of psychological flow due to the variables of sex and academic level. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the academic level of significance (α≤0.05) for the dimension of feedback, and the differences were in favor of females on this dimension. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the total degree of cognitive consistency purification due to the variables of sex and academic level.
