AB - استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الفروانية بدولة الكويت وأثرها على أداء المعلمين، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واعتمدت على استبانتين في جمع البيانات، الأولى خاصة بالأنماط القيادية لقادة المدارس، والأخرى خاصة بأداء المعلمين في هذه المدارس، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (114) مديراً ومديرة، و(357) معلماً ومعلمة. وأظهرت الدراسة عدداً من النتائج أبرزها: أن النمط الديمقراطي من وجهة نظر المعلمين هو النمط السائد لدى المديرين بدرجة كبيرة جداً، يليه النمط الترسلي بدرجة متوسطة، ثم النمط الأوتوقراطي أخيراً بدرجة ضعيفة، كما كشفت النتائج عن أداء عالٍ للمعلمين من وجهة نظر المديرين، حيث جاء الأداء بدرجة كبيرة، وكذلك أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر إيجابي للنمط الديمقراطي في أداء المعلمين، بينما استبعدت وجود أثر للنمطين الترسلي والأوتوقراطي، كما أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين درجات متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري النوع والخبرة، بينما لم تظهر فروقاً تعزى للمؤهل العلمي. AB - The study was targeted uncovering leadership styles Prevalent among secondary school principals in Farwaniya Governorate in Kuwait and its impact on teachers’ performance, the descriptive correlative method was used. The study sample consisted of (114) male and female managers, The number of (357) male and female teachers, The study showed a number of results, most notably that the democratic style From the teachers' point of view, this is the dominant pattern Managers have a very high degree and it is followed by Laissez-faire style with a medium degree, Then the autocratic style, finally, to a weak degree, The results also revealed a high performance of teachers from the point of view of the principals, as it came to a great extent, The results also showed a positive effect of the democratic style on teachers' performance, While I ruled out the existence of an effect of the Laissez-faire and autocratic styles, It also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the study sample members due to the variables of gender and experience.
