AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة مديري مدراس التعليم العام في مكتب التعليم بمحافظة عيون الجواء بمنطقة القصيم للقيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية حول مستوى ممارسة القيادة التحويلية وفقاً لاختلاف (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية)، وتقديم المقترحات المناسبة لتحسين القيادة التحويلية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ومقياس القيادة التحويلية الذي أعده (Bass and Avolio, 2000). واختيرت عينة من (379) معلماً، بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. وبينت النتائج أن مستوى ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم العام في مكتب التعليم بمحافظة عيون الجواء للقیادة التحویلیة من وجه نظر المعلمين متحقق بدرجة كبيرة جدا، وجاءت الأبعاد الفرعية متحققة بدرجة كبيرة جداً ما عدا بعد الاستثارة الفكرية جاء متحققاً بدرجة كبيرة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية حول مستوى ممارسة القيادة التحويلية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة ما عدا الدورات التدریبیة لصالح (من 20 دورة فأكثر). AB - The research aimed to identify the level of practice of transformational leadership by general education school principals in the Education Office in the Oyoun Al-Jawa governorate in the Qassim region from the teachers' point of view, and to reveal the presence of statistically significant differences in their responses about the level of transformational leadership according to the difference (gender, years of experience, training courses). The research used the descriptive survey method, and the transformational leadership scale prepared by (Bass and Avolio, 2000), and presenting appropriate proposals to improve that level. A sample of 379 teachers was selected, in a simple random way, and the results showed that the level of practice of transformational leadership by general education school principals in the Education Office in Oyoun Al-Jawa Governorate from the teachers' point of view was achieved to a very large degree, and the sub-dimensions were achieved to a very large extent, except for the intellectual arousal dimension. It was largely achieved, and there were no statistically significant differences about the level of transformational leadership due to the variables of the study, except for the training courses in favor of (from 20 courses or more).
