AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن ممارسة الكفايات القيادية الإلكترونية، لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في مديرية القدس وضواحيها؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمد الباحث المنهج الكيفي النوعي، وذلك بإجراء المقابلات مع (12) مديراً/ة، واستخدم طريقة المقارنة لتحليل الإجابات، وبيانات المقابلة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المتعلقة بالممارسات القيادية الإلكترونية لدى مديري المدارس في المجالين: 1) المساواة والمواطنة الرقمية، ومنها: المساواة والعدالة في تفعيل الأدوات الإلكترونية، والتدريب المستمر على التطبيقات والبرامج الإلكترونية، وتنمية القيم والاتجاهات نحو المواطنة الرقمية، والتشبيك مع المجتمع؛ للتوعية بأهمية التكنولوجيا الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية، والتوعية بالأمن الرقمي، وتوعية المعلمين بأهمية التوثيق وحقوق الملكية. 2) النمو المهني الإلكتروني للمعلمين، ومنها: تحديد الاحتياجات المادية والبشرية الإلكترونية للمؤسسة، وتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية الإلكترونية للمعلمين، وتوفير بيئة إلكترونية مادية محفزة، والاهتمام بالزيارات التبادلية بين المعلمين، وإعداد صفحات إلكترونية تفاعلية. وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الممارسات التي تؤكد على المساواة والمواطنة الرقمية، ونشر الوعي الرقمي في المجتمع المدرسي والمحلي، وتوفير فرص متساوية للمعلمين والطلبة في استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الإلكترونية المتاحة، والتنسيق بين مديري المدارس وذوي العلاقة بعقد البرامج التدريبية المستمرة للمعلمين، ومواكبة المستجدات في التكنولوجيا الإلكترونية، وإبراز أفضل الممارسات الإلكترونية لمديري المدارس. AB - This study aimed to reveal the practice of electronic leadership competences among the principals of public secondary schools in the directorate of Jerusalem and its suburbs. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the qualitative approach, by conducting interviews with (12) principals, and used the constant comparison method to analyze the answers and the data of the interview. The study found a set of results related to e-leadership practices among school principals in two fields: 1) Equity and digital citizenship, including: equality and justice in the activation of electronic tools, continuous training of applications and electronic programs, development of values and attitudes towards digital citizenship, and networking with society to raise awareness of the importance of electronic technology in the educational process, to raise awareness of digital security, and to raise awareness of teachers of the importance of documentation and property rights. 2) E-professional growth for teachers, including identifying the electronic physical and human needs of the institution, identifying the electronic training needs of teachers, providing a stimulating physical electronic environment, paying attention to reciprocal visits between teachers, and preparing web pages for teachers. Based on these results, the researcher recommends supporting practices that emphasize equality and digital citizenship, spreading digital awareness in the school and the local community, providing equal opportunities for teachers and students to use the available electronic technologies, coordinating between the school principals with those involved in holding continuous training programs for teachers, keeping up with developments in electronic technology, and highlighting the best electronic practices of school principals (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
