AB - هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مستوى ضغوط العمل لدى مديري مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء بني عبيد من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس مستوى ضغوط العمل لدى مديري مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (2305) معلمين ومعلمات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (313) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، بنسبة (13%)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى ضغوط العمل لدى مديري مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم ككل جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة)؛ وكشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى ضغوط العمل لدى مديري مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تعزيز مثل هذه المتغيرات الحديثة في تخصص الإدارة والقيادة التربوية، وتعزيز دور مديري المدارس في مواجهة ضغوط العمل والتصدي للمعوقات الناتجة عنها ضمن خطط إستراتيجية فعالة. AB - The study aims to identify the level of work stress among school principals of the Directorate of Education in the Bane Obeid District from the teachers' point of view. The researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the level of work stress among school principals of the Directorate of Education, where the study population consisted of (2305) male and female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (313) male and female teachers who were chosen in a relative random manner, at a rate of (13%), and the results of the study showed that the level of the work pressures of the school principals of the Directorate of Education as a whole came to a (great) degree; The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of work stress among school principals of the Directorate of Education due to the variable (gender, educational qualification, years of experience). and the study recommended working to strengthen such modern variables in the specialization of educational management and leadership, and strengthening the role of school principals in facing work pressures and address the obstacles resulting from them within effective strategic plans.
