AB - تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الأطفال للمهارات القيادية من وجهة نظر المعلمات في محافظة الأحساء، ووضع مقترحات تفعيل ممارسة مديرات رياض الأطفال للمهارات القيادية من وجهة نظر المعلمات في محافظة الأحساء، وقد استخدمت الباحثات المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تم أخذ عينة عشوائية مكونة من (41) مفردة، من خلال أداة لجمع البيانات (الاستبانة)؛ وذلك نظرا لمناسبتها لأهداف الدراسة، ومنهجية الدراسة، نتج عنها أن المهارات القيادية (الإدارية والفنية والشخصية والإدراكية والإنسانية والذهنية) التي تتحلى بها مديرات المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الأحساء جاءت بنسبة متوسطة (83%)، ختمت الدراسة بعدة توصيات ومقترحات لإجراء دراسات مستقبلية مماثلة حول كيفية تطوير المهارات القيادية لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال، وتفعيل برامج تدريبية لتدريب القيادات لما لها من أهمية وتأثير كبير في هذه المرحلة التعليمية. AB - The study aims to identify the degree to which kindergarten principals practice leadership skills from the point of view of teachers in Al-Ahsa Governorate, and to develop proposals to activate kindergarten principals’ practice of leadership skills from the point of view of teachers in Al-Ahsa Governorate. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, where a simple random sample was taken, from the study population, which consists of (41) individuals, through a data collection tool (questionnaire). This is due to its suitability to the objectives of the study and the methodology of the study, which resulted in the leadership skills (administrative, technical, personal, cognitive, human and mental) possessed by the principals of public schools in Al-Ahsa Governorate being average 83%. The study concluded with several recommendations and proposals to conduct similar future studies on how to develop the leadership skills of kindergarten principals, activating training programs to train leaders because of their importance and great impact at this educational stage.
