AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة الرقمية لدى مديري المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر المعلمين وسبل تحسينها، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج النوعي، وقامت الباحثة بإجراء مقابلات مع (20) معلماً ومعلمة. وأظهرت نتائج هذه المقابلات أن المعلمين والمعلمات قدموا مجموعة من الممارسات للقيادة الرقمية شملت: يوجه مديروا المدارس المعلمين للاستخدام الأمثل للتقنيات الرقمية عن طريق الوسائل المتعددة، يحفز مديروا المدارس المعلمين على التحسين المستمر في طريقة استخدام التقنيات الرقمية في عملية التعليم، يعتمد مديروا المدارس على الأدوات الرقمية في ممارسة مهامهم الإدارية، يشجع مديروا المدارس المعلمين على إعداد الدروس الرقمية للتعليم، يعمل مديروا المدارس على مواكبة المستجدات الرقمية في دعم عملية التعليم. كما قدموا مجموعة من سبل تحسين القيادة الرقمية شملت: مبادرة المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر بتوظيف تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات في مجال التعليم، العمل على زيادة مخصصات المدارس المالية التي تدعم وتساند أي ظرف طارئ، إقناع العاملين بالاستجابة للتحول الرقمي في المدارس، السعي إلى توفير آليات فاعلة لترقية الخبرة التقنية، تشكيل ثقافة مدرسية إيجابية تكنولوجية لدى كافة العاملين، العمل على إحداث تغيير في أنماط العمل الإداري والقيادي، العمل على غرس السلوك المسؤول عن التحول الرقمي بما في ذلك الاستخدام الآمن والأخلاقي والقيمي للتكنولوجيا الحديثة. وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات المتعلقة بالقيادة الرقمية وربطها بمتغيرات أخرى.
