AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مديري المدارس في برامج رعاية الموهوبين في التعليم العام بمحافظة الأحساء من وجهة نظرهم، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطوير استبانة مكونة من 31 عبارة، وزِعت إلكترونيًّا على عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (82) مديراً ومديرة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور مديري المدارس في برامج رعاية الموهوبين في مجالات الإدارة المدرسية والتخطيط والأنشطة الطلابية والبيئة المدرسية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وبينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول دور مديري المدارس في برامج رعاية الموهوبين تُعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق حول دور مديري المدارس في برامج رعاية الموهوبين تُعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة، نوع المدرسة، وجود فصول للموهوبين بالمدرسة، الإدارة التعليمية). وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بتوفير برامج ودورات تدريبية على كيفية العمل والتعاون مع الزملاء في تقديم برامج رعاية الموهوبين، والعمل على وضع خطة وإستراتيجيات قابلة للتنفيذ، ويمكن من خلالها تحقيق سياسات التعلم المتعلقة بالطلبة الموهوبين، وتوفير كافة الإمكانات التي تسهم في زيادة قدرة المؤسسة التعليمية على تحقيق النجاح والوصول إلى الأهداف المطلوبة. AB - The study aimed to identify the role of school principals in the gifted care programs in general education in Al-Ahsa Governorate from their point of view, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisting of 31 statements was developed, which was distributed electronically to the study sample, which consisted of (82) male and female managers. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample about the role of school principals in gifted care programs due to the gender variable in favor of females, and there were no differences about the role of school principals in gifted care programs due to the variables (educational qualification, experience, type of school, presence of classes).
