AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لمواجهة أهم مشكلات تحقيق الجودة في المدارس الرسمية للغات في ضوء الخطة الاستراتيجية لتطوير التعليم قبل الجامعي (2014-2030). ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم تحليل الوضع الراهن للمدارس الرسمية والرسمية المتميزة للغات وذلك بإلقاء الضوء على أهداف هذه المدارس وإبراز أهم مشكلات تحقيق جودة المدارس الرسمية للغات في ضوء الخطة الاستراتيجية لتطوير التعليم قبل الجامعي (2014-2030) والتي تضمنت تدني جودة التعليم في المرحلة الابتدائية وغياب المكون التكنولوجي - ضعف المهارات الأساسية في الصفوف الأولى الابتدائية (التمكن) - غياب الاهتمام بالتحسين الكيفي للمناهج وتطوير الكتاب المدرسي - غياب الأنشطة المدرسية وكيفية تفعيلها - نظم التقويم والامتحانات ومشكلاتها - غياب التوصيف الأمثل للتكنولوجيا - تفشي مشكلة الدروس الخصوصية - انفصال حاجة التعليم عن حاجات المجتمع - ضعف التعامل مع المناطق الأكثر فقرا - المواطنة وضعف التركيز على القضايا الأكثر احتياجا لتكريسها - ضعف الإنتاجية والكفاءة التعليمية والقصور في الأداء المدرسي والانضباط والانتظام في المدارس وضعف القدرة على الاحتفاظ بالطلاب وانخفاض جاذبية المدرسة - غياب الخدمات المدرسية المقدمة للطلاب - ضعف الاهتمام بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة - غياب المحاسبية والشفافية في النظام التعليمي وذلك لوضع مقترحات لتحقيق الجودة بالمدارس الرسمية للغات. AB - The study aimed to develop a proposed scenario to confront the most important problems of achieving quality in public schools of languages in the light of the strategic plan for the development of pre-university education (2014 - 2030).
