AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات الإشراف التربوي في القدس، ووضع رؤية لمواجهة هذه المعوقات في ضوء تجربة كوريا الجنوبية، وتم استخدام المنهج النوعي لملاءمته لغرض الدراسة، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلات الشخصية مع عينة من المشرفين التربويين. وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة أن أهم المعوقات التي تواجه الإشراف التربوي في القدس هي المعوقات الاقتصادية، الإدارية، الفنية، الاجتماعية، كما توصلت الدراسة لرؤية مقترحة يمكن أن تساعد على مواجهة هذه المعوقات منها: وضع برنامج متكامل لإعداد من يتم اختياره للإشراف التربوي علمياً ومسلكياً، وتقليل نصاب كل من المشرف والمعلم للقيام بدورهما على أكمل وجه. وقد أوصت الدراسة بإنشاء نظام فعّال للتقييم المستمر يساعد في تقييم جودة الإشراف التربوي وتحديد المجالات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين، والاستفادة من تجارب الدول الرائدة في مجال التعليم والإشراف التربوي عن طريق تعزيز التعاون مع دول أخرى ومؤسسات دولية لتبادل الخبرات والتجارب في مجال الإشراف التربوي. AB - The study aimed to identify the obstacles facing educational supervision in Jerusalem and develop a vision for addressing these obstacles in light of South Korea's experience. A qualitative research methodology was employed, as it was suitable for the study's purpose. Data were collected through personal interviews with a sample of educational supervisors. Among the study's key findings were that the most significant obstacles facing educational supervision in Jerusalem are economic, administrative, technical, and social. The study proposed a vision that could help overcome these obstacles, including developing a comprehensive program for the scientific and professional preparation of selected educational supervisors and reducing the workload of supervisors and teachers to allow them to fulfill their roles effectively. The study recommended establishing an effective system for continuous evaluation to assess the quality of educational supervision and identify areas needing improvement. It also suggested benefiting from the experiences of leading countries in the field of educational supervision by enhancing collaboration with international institutions to exchange expertise and experiences in the field of educational supervision.
