AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف طبيعة العلاقة بين الابتكارية الانفعالية والضغوط المهنية لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة، والكشف عن الدلالة الإحصائية للفروق في مستوى كل من: الابتكارية الانفعالية، والضغوط المهنية، لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة تبعا لمتغيرات: النوع، الحالة الاجتماعية، الخبرة التدريسية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 300 معلم/ معلمة من معلمي المدارس الخاصة بمحافظة بورسعيد الذين يعملون بنظام التعاقد، تراوحت أعمارهم بين (25-50) بمتوسط (37.8) وانحراف معياري قدره (7.59). واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي والمقارن. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقاييس: الابتكارية الانفعالية، والضغوط المهنية (من إعداد الباحث). وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين الابتكارية الانفعالية والضغوط المهنية لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة. وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الابتكارية الانفعالية والضغوط المهنية لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة تبعا لمتغيرات (النوع - الحالة الاجتماعية - الخبرة التدريسية) باستثناء الدرجة الكلية للضغوط المهنية وبعد الآثار النفسية وبعد الأعراض الجسمية؛ فإنه يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) لصالح الخبرة الأقل. AB - The study aimed to study the relationship between emotional creativity and occupational stress among private school teachers. and to reveal the statistical significance of the differences in emotional creativity and occupational stress among private school teachers according to the variables: gender, marital status, teaching experience. The study sample consisted of 300 male/female teachers from private schools in Port Said governorate who work in the contract system. Their ages ranged between (25-50) with an average of (37.8) and a standard deviation of (7.59). The study used the descriptive, correlative and comparative method. The study tools consisted of measures: emotional creativity. and Occupational Stress (prepared by the researcher). The results revealed a statistically significant negative correlation between emotional creativity and occupational stress among private school teachers. And there were no statistically significant differences in the level of emotional creativity and occupational stress among private school teachers. according to the gender variable. As well as the absence of statistically significant differences in emotional creativity and occupational stress among private school teachers due to the marital status variable. And there were no statistically significant differences in emotional creativity and occupational stress among private school teachers due to the variable of teaching experience, except for the total degree of occupational stress. dimension psychological effects and dimension physical symptoms.
