AB - نظراً لأهمية وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وانتشاره الواسع في مختلف مجالات الحياة، أصبح من المهم معرفة تأثيره على المنظومة التربوية والتعليمية. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف إلى واقع استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في الإدارة المدرسية في المدارس الثانوية في الاْردن وإلى دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تطوير المنظومة التربوية في المدارس الثانوية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الممنهج الوصفي حيث تم توزيع استبانة على عينة الدراسة والمكونة من (63) مديراً ومديرة من مدراء المدارس الثانوية في الأردن والذين تم اختيارهم عشوائياً. وبعد حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لإجابات عينة الدراسة تم الوصول إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن هنالك أثراً إيجابياً لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على تطوير المنظومة التربوية منها زيادة ثقة الطالب بنفسه وزيادة العلاقات بين المدرسة والأسرة. كما وأوضحت النتائج أن وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي يتم تطبيقها بشكل متوسط في المدارس الثانوية في الأردن. وأوصت الدراسة بالتركيز على الفرص والتحديات التي تواجه استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في المدارس الثانوية. AB - Given the importance of social media and its wide spread in various areas of life, it has become important to know its impact on the educational system. The present study aimed to identify the reality of using social networks in school administration in secondary schools in Jordan and the role of social networks in developing the educational system in secondary schools. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was used, whereby a questionnaire was distributed to the study sample consisting of (63) male and female principals from high school principals in Jordan, who were chosen randomly. After calculating the means and standard deviations of the answers of the study sample, several results were reached. The most important of which is that there is a positive effect of social media on developing the educational system, including increasing student confidence in himself and increasing relations between school and family. The results also indicated that social media is applied to a moderate degree in secondary schools in Jordan. This study recommends focusing on the opportunities and challenges facing the use of social media in secondary schools. (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
