AB - The study aimed to identify the degree of technology utilization in managing educational activities in the Sultanate of Oman from the school activities specialists’ point of views. A descriptive approach was used by designing a questionnaire consisting of 34 items, distributed into four areas: planning, organization and coordination, supervision and follow-up, and evaluation. An open question was included as well to address suggestions for activating the use of technology in managing educational activities from the participants’ point of view. The study sample consisted of 354 school activities specialists, 32% of the study population The sample was randomly selected from school districts in Oman. The results of the study showed that the degree of technology use in the management of educational activities in the Sultanate of Oman is moderate, as the field of planning came first, followed by the field of organization and coordination, then the field of supervision and follow-up, while the field of evaluation came in the last place. As for the role of school activities specialists in using technology in managing educational activities in Oman, the results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) according to gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. In light of these results, the recommendation was made for the importance of training school activities specialists on special skills related to using technology in educational activities, along with providing financial support and appropriate technical supplies for school activity specialists.
