AB - هدف البحث إلى معرفة دور مجتمعات التعلم المهنية في تنمية مهارات التخطيط لدى معلمات التربية الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (15) مهارة، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت العينة من (15) معلمة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من مدارس المدينة المنورة. وأسفرت نتائج البحث إلى أن الدرجة الكلية لدور مجتمعات التعلم المهنية في تنمية مهارة التخطيط عالية، حيث بلغت قيمة متوسطها الحسابي (4.23)، وأوصى البحث بتعميم مجتمعات التعلم المهنية على جميع مدارس الملكة العربية السعودية. AB - The aim of this research is to examine the role of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in developing planning skills among Islamic education teachers in Medina (Saudi Arabia). A descriptive method was used in this research as well as a questionnaire of (15) skills, whose validity and reliability were verified. The sample consisted of (15) teachers selected in a Simple Random Sampling from schools in Medina. The research results showed that the total score of the role of (PLCs) in developing the skill of planning is high, with a mean value of (4.23). The research recommended generalizing the Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to all schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
