AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أساليب الإشراف الإلكتروني لتطوير مهارات التخطيط للتدريس وتقويم أداء الطالبات لدى معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة بإدارة تعليم جدة، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج المختلط، وتمثلت أداة الدّراسة في الاستبانة التي تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (294) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة المتوسّطة، و (67) مشرفة تربوية من مشرفات المرحلة المتوسطة، واستعملت المقابلة كذلك وتم تطبيقها على (14) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج على مستوى المحور الأول أن أساليب الإشراف الإلكتروني لتطوير مهارة التخطيط للتدريس لدى معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة بإدارة تعليم جدة جاءت بدرجة (مناسب) من وجهة نظر أفراد العيّنة من المعلمات؛ بينما رأت عيّنة المشرفات عبارات هذا المحور بدرجة (مناسب جدًا)، وأظهرت النتائج على مستوى المحور الثاني أن أساليب الإشراف الإلكتروني لتطوير مهارة تقويم أداء الطالبات لدى معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة بإدارة تعليم جدة جاءت بدرجة (مناسب) من وجهة نظر أفراد العيّنة من المعلمات، بينما رأت عينة المشرفات عبارات هذا المحور بدرجة (مناسب جدًا). وأظهرت النتائج أن التحديات التي تواجه الإشراف الإلكتروني في تطوير مهارات التخطيط للتَّدريس وتقويم أداء الطالبات لدى معلمات المرحلة المتوسّطة في إدارة تعليم جدة جاءت بدرجة (مناسب) من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة من المعلمات والمشرفات التربويات. وفي ضوء ذلك أوصت الباحثة بالتالي تقديم الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل من قبل إدارة الإشراف التربوي لرفع وعي المشرفات التربويات بأهمية التنويع في أساليب الإشراف الإلكتروني ومدى فاعليتها لتطوير مهارات التخطيط للتدريس وتقويم أداء الطالبات من خلال إكسابهن المهارات الازمة لأداء عملهن ومساعدتهن في مواجهة التحديات التقنية والثقافية والاجتماعية، وتقديم الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل من قبل المشرفات التربويات للمعلمات في مهارات التخطيط للتدريس والتقويم؛ لما له من أثر فعال في تجويد مخرجات التعليم، واقترحت الباحثة إجراء بحث يناقش أساليب الإشراف الإلكتروني لتطوير مهارة تنفيذ الدرس لدى معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة، ووضع تصور مقترح لبرنامج يطور مهارة التخطيط للتَّدريس والتقويم من خلال الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني. AB - This study aimed to identify the methods of electronic supervision to develop teaching planning skills and evaluate the performance of female middle school teachers in the Jeddah Education Department. The researcher followed the mixed approach. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of (294) female middle school teachers and (67) female middle school educational supervisors. The results show that the methods of electronic supervision for teaching planning skills development were evaluated as (appropriate) by the study sample of female middle school teachers in the Jeddah Education Department. In contrast, the sample of the educational supervisors evaluated those methods as (very appropriate). For the methods of electronic supervision to develop the skill of evaluating the performance of female students, those methods were evaluated as (appropriate) but the teachers but evaluated as (very appropriate) by the educational supervisors. The results showed that the teacher and educational supervisor samples evaluated the challenges facing electronic supervision in developing teaching planning skills and evaluating the performance of female middle school teachers in the Jeddah Education Department as (appropriate). According to the study results, the researcher recommended making training courses and workshops by the Department of Educational Supervision to raise the awareness of female educational supervisors of the importance of diversifying the methods of electronic supervision and their effectiveness for developing teaching planning skills and evaluating the performance of students. These courses and workshops should give them the necessary skills to perform their work and help them face technical, cultural, and social challenges. In addition, the researcher recommended training courses and workshops presented by educational supervisors to teachers in planning skills for teaching and assessment to improve the educational outcomes. Furthermore, the researcher suggested conducting research that discusses electronic supervision methods to develop the skill of lesson implementation for the middle school teachers and develop a proposed vision for a program that develops the planning skill for teaching and evaluation through electronic educational supervision.
