AB - هدفت الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع تنمية مواهب الطّالبات الفنّيّة والرّياضيّة في المرحلة المتوسطة بالمدارس الحكوميّة في المدينة المنورة من وجهة نظر المعلّمات والمشرفات. واعتمدت الدّراسة على المنهج الوصفيّ المسحيّ واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عيّنة قوامها (105) معلّمة ومشرفة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. وأظهرت النتائج تحقق تنمية مواهب الطّالبات الفنّيّة والرّياضيّة في المرحلة المتوسطة بالمدارس الحكوميّة في المدينة المنورة بدرجة كبيرة، بمتوسط حسابي(3.52)، وجاء مجال تنمية المواهب الرّياضيّة في مقدمة المجالات المتحققة، يليه مجال تنمية المواهب الفنّيّة. وتمثلت أكبر جوانب تنمية المواهب الفنّيّة في عقد إدارة المدرسة دورات تدريبية للتطوير المهني لمعلمات التربية الفنّيّة، و إشراف إدارة المدرسة على تنفيذ برامج وأنشطة موجهة لتنمية المواهب الفنّيّة خلال العام الدّراسي، بينما تمثل أقلّها في توفير إدارة المدرسة قاعات مجهزة لتنمية المواهب الفنّيّة. وتمثلت أكبر جوانب تنمية المواهب الرّياضيّة في تكريم إدارة المدرسة الطّالبات الموهوبات في المجالات الرّياضيّة، وعقد إدارة المدرسة دورات تدريبية للتطوير المهني لمعلمات التربية البدنية. بينما تمثل أقلّها في توفير إدارة المدرسة بيئة إيجابيّة داعمة للموهوبات لتنمية مواهبهن الرّياضيّة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المعلّمات والمشرفات حول واقع تنمية المواهب الفنّيّة والرّياضيّة تُعزى لاختلاف سنوات الخدمة، بينما أظهرت وجود فروق تُعزى لاختلاف المؤهل العلمي، لصالح المعلّمات الحاصلات على درجة البكالوريوس. AB - This study aimed to reveal the reality of developing female students' artistic and sports talents in the middle public schools in Madinah from the perspective of teachers and educational supervisors. The study is based on the descriptive survey method. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of (105) teachers and educational supervisors who were chosen in a simple random way. The results showed that the development of artistic and sports talents of female students in the middle public schools in Al Madinah Munawara City was achieved to a large extent, with an average of (3.52). The field of sports talent development came at the forefront of the achieved fields, followed by the field of artistic talent development. The most considerable aspect of developing artistic talents was the school administration holding training courses for professional development for art education teachers. In addition, the school administration's supervision of the implementation of programs and activities directed to the development of artistic talents during the school year, while the least aspect is the school administration providing rooms equipped for the development of artistic talents. The most significant Aspect of developing sports talents was the school administration honoring the sports talented female students and the school administration holding training courses for professional development for physical education teachers. While the least Aspect was the school administration providing a positive and supportive environment for talented women to develop their sports talents. The results also showed no statistically significant differences between the average responses of female teachers and educational supervisors about the reality of developing artistic and sports talents due to different years of service. At the same time, there were differences due to the difference in educational qualifications in favor of female teachers with a bachelor's degree.
