AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر دليل للمرافقة التربوية في تصور المشروع المهني لدى متربصي التكوين المهني. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) متربص تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية ممن يتمتعون بتصورات مهنية غير واضحة على مقياس تصور المشروع المهني؛ حيث تم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين متجانستين (15) ضابطة لم تخضع للبرنامج التجريبي و(15) تجريبية طبق عليها البرنامج. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس تصور المشروع المهني قياس قيلي على المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية، ثم طبق البرنامج على المجموعة التجريبية لمدة شهرين (2) ونصف بمعدل حصتين في الأسبوع، وبعد الانتهاء من البرنامج تم إعادة تطبيق مقياس تصور المشروع المهني قياس بعدي على المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية، كما تم تطبيق البرنامج أيضا بعد شهرين على المجموعة التجريبية للقياس التتبعي. وأسفرت بذلك على النتائج على: 1) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في طبيعة تصور المشروع المهني بأبعاده لدى متربصي التكوين المهني بين القياس القبلي والبعدي في المجموعة الضابطة. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في طبيعة تصور المشروع المهني بأبعده بين القياس القبلي والبعدي في المجموعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي. 3) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في طبيعة تصور المشروع المهني بأبعاده بين المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في القياس البعدي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 4) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في طبيعة تصور المشروع المهني بأبعاده لدى متربصي التكوين المهني بين القياس البعدي والتتبعي في المجموعة التجريبية لصالح القياس التتبعي. 5) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في طبيعة تصور المشروع المهني بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. وتم بذلك تفسير النتائج في ضوء التراث النظري والدراسات السابقة في الموضوع. AB - The study aimed to identify the effect of an educational support program on the perception of the professional project among vocational training trainees. The study sample consisted of (30) trainees who were randomly selected from those with unclear professional perceptions. They were divided into two homogeneous groups (15) control groups who did not undergo the experimental program and (15) experimental groups who were subjected to the program. To achieve the objectives of the study, the professional project perception scale was applied pre-measurement to the control and experimental groups, then the program was applied to the experimental group for two (2) and a half months at a rate of two sessions per week, and after the completion of the program, the professional project perception scale was re-applied post-measurement to the control and experimental groups. The results showed that: 1) There were no statistically significant differences in the nature of the professional project perception in its dimensions among vocational training trainees between the pre- and post-measurement in the control group. 2) There were statistically significant differences in the nature of the professional project perception in its dimensions between the pre- and post-measurement in the experimental group in favor of the post-measurement. 3) There are statistically significant differences in the nature of the professional project perception in its dimensions between the control and experimental groups in the post-measurement in favor of the experimental group. 4) There are statistically significant differences in the nature of the professional project perception in its dimensions among vocational training trainees between the post-measurement and follow-up in the experimental group in favor of the follow-up measurement. 5) There are statistically significant differences in the nature of the professional project perception between the pre-measurement and post-measurement of the experimental group attributed to the gender variable.
