AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الواقع النظري لإدارة المدرسة الثانوية الفنية في مصر، وكشف وتشخيص واقع إدارة المدرسة الثانوية الفنية في محافظة شمال سيناء في ضوء المنظمة المتعلمة. استخدم الباحث استبانة موجهة للمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الفني بشمال سيناء، حيث يشير التقرير المصري إلي أن هناك سلبيات لوضع استراتيجية شاملة للتعليم والتدريب التقني والمهني مثل: نقص التمويل، مقاومة المؤسسات القائمة، وغياب الحوكمة. وجاءت نتائج الدراسة إلى قصور إدارة المدرسة الثانوية الفنية في التركيز على تعزيز ثقافة الحوار بين العاملين وإتاحة فرص للحوار البناء، تشجيع العمل الجماعي، البرامج التدريبية التي تلبى الاحتياجات التدريبية للعاملين، توزيع العمل، عقد اجتماعات بصفة دورية، وتوضيح رؤيتها ورسالتها وأهداف المدرسة للعاملين بها. AB - The research aims to identify the theoretical reality of technical high school management in Egypt, and to reveal and diagnose the reality of technical secondary school management in North Sinai Governorate in light of the learning organization. The researcher used a questionnaire directed to teachers in technical education schools in North Sinai. The results of the study showed that technical secondary school management was shortcoming in focusing on enhancing the culture of dialogue among employees and providing opportunities for constructive dialogue, encouraging teamwork, training programs that meet the training needs of employees, distributing work, holding periodic meetings, and clarifying its vision, mission, and school goals to its employees.
