AB - تُشكل القيادات التربوية عصب العملية الإدارية حيث تؤدي بها دوراً أساسياً من خلال مختلف الوظائف الإدارية تحقيقاً لأهداف المؤسسة التربوية، وعليه فالغرض من البحث الحالي هو التوصل إلى عدة مقترحات لتطوير الأداء الإداري للقيادات التربوية بديوان عام مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة شمال سيناء، وذلك في ضوء أبعاد التحول الرقمي. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب تحليل المحتوى الكمي، وكذلك استخدم استمارة مقابلة أسئلتها ذات إجابات مفتوحة كأداة لجمع المعلومات من عينة غير عشوائية عمدية مكونة من عدد (10) قيادياً. وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث، ما يلي: غموض مفهوم التحول الرقمي لدى القيادات التربوية، وضعف الواقع الرقمي بالديوان العام لمديرية التربية والتعليم، ومقاومة القيادات التربوية للتغيير، ومحدودية اطلاع القيادات التربوية على أحدث المستجدات في التكنولوجيا الرقمية، وضعف الدعم المادي، وعدم توافر بنية تحتية تكنولوجية جيدة ومناسبة لدخول شبكة الإنترنت، وعدم توافر صيانة وتحديث للأجهزة بشكل دوري. وأوصى البحث بتخصيص ميزانية مستقلة للتحول الرقمي، وتتضمن التالي: البنية التحتية، والتدريب، والتحديث المستمر للأنظمة والأجهزة. AB - Educational leaders consider the backbone of the administrative process who are playing a pivotal role through various administrative functions to achieve the goals of the educational institution. The purpose of this research is to is to develop several proposals for enhancing the administrative performance of educational leaders who are working in the General Office of the Directorate of Education in North Sinai Governorate, in the light of the Dimensions of Digital Transformation. The research used descriptive and quantitative content analysis methods. An interview form with open-ended questions was used as a tool to gather information from a purposive, non-random sample of (10) leaders. The research found that: an ambiguity of the concept of digital transformation, a resistance to change among educational leaders, their limited awareness of the latest developments in digital technology, a weakness of the digital infrastructure at the General Directorate, insufficient financial support, an absence of a suitable and well-established technological infrastructure for internet access, and a lack of regular maintenance and updates for devices. The research recommended allocating an independent budget for Digital Transformation which included the following: covering infrastructure, training, and the continuous upgrading of systems and devices.
