AB - يهدف البحث إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج قائم على التكامل الحسي في خفض اضطرابات التغذية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وأثره في خفض الضغوط الوالدية، تكونت عينة البحث من (5) أطفال من ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد بمحافظة شمال سيناء، امتدت أعمارهم بين (5-11) عام، بمتوسط زمني (8) سنوات، وانحراف معياري (2,87)، و أمهات أطفال العينة، حيث امتدت أعمارهم بين (34- 40) عام، بمتوسط زمني قدره (37) عام، وانحراف معياري قدره(2,55)، وتم استخدام المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة، تم تطبيق أدوات البحث التالية: القائمة الحسية للأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد: إعداد (Sue Larkey (2007، ترجمة وتقنين أحمد عبد الفتاح (2015)، ومقياس مشكلات تناول الطعام إعداد: أحمد التميمي والسيد أحمد (2014)، ومقياس الضغوط الوالدية (إعداد الباحثة)، والبرنامج التدريبي (إعداد الباحثة). وانتهت نتائج البحث إلى فعالية البرنامج في خفض اضطرابات التغذية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وخفض الضغوط الوالدية، واستمرار هذه الفعالية خلال فترة المتابعة (بعد شهر ونصف من انتهاء البرنامج). AB - The research aims to verify the effectiveness of a sensory integration- based program in reducing feeding disorders in children with autism spectrum disorder and its impact on reducing parental stress. The research sample consisted of 5 children with autism spectrum disorder in North Sinai Governorate, aged between 5 and 11 years, with an average age of 8 years and a standard deviation of 2.87, And the mothers of the children in the sample, their ages ranged between (34-40) years, with a mean age of (37) years, and a standard deviation of (2.55), and the experimental method with a single group was used, and the following research tools were applied: The Sensory Profile for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (prepared by Sue Larkey, 2007; translated and adapted by Ahmed Abdel Fattah, 2015), the Feeding Problems Scale (prepared by Ahmed Al-Tamimi and Sayed Ahmed, 2014), the Parental Stress Scale (prepared by the researcher), and the program (prepared by the researcher). The research results concluded the effectiveness of the program in reducing feeding disorders in children with autism spectrum disorder and its impact on reducing parental stress, with this effectiveness continuing during the follow-up period (after one and a half months after the program ended).
