AB - تزيد مراجعة النتاج الفكري في قسم التربية المقارنة والإدارة التربوية بجامعة العريش من معرفة الباحثين بموضوع دراساتهم وتوسع مداركهم وتجنبهم تكرار الموضوعات. وعليه فالغرض من الدراسة هو عرض وتحليل عناوين رسائل الماجستير وأطروحات الدكتوراه المجازين في قسم التربية المقارنة والإدارة التربوية بجامعة العريش في الفترة من 2008م حتى 2023م، وذلك لتطوير توجهات الموضوعات. تم استخدام المنهج الببليوجرافي وأسلوب تحليل المحتوى النوعي، وذلك بالحصر الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة المكون من عدد (53) رسالة ماجستير وعدد (18) أطروحة دكتوراه، حيث تم تحليلهم من خلال ببليوجرافية تم إعدادها. وكان من أبرز النتائج في مجال الإدارة التربوية أن جاء توجه الإدارة المدرسية في المرتبة الأولى، ويليه توجه الإدارة الجامعية، وتنوعت توجهات الموضوعات في مجال التربية المقارنة. وتمثل الحجم البحثي للنتاج الفكري في قسم التربية المقارنة والإدارة التربوية بجامعة العريش في رسائل الماجستير المجازة. بالإضافة إلى أن النتاج الفكري للباحثين الذكور والإناث جاء متقاربا لكل من رسائل الماجستير وأطروحات الدكتوراه. أوصت الدراسة بإنشاء مكتبة رقمية للنتاج الفكري في قسم التربية المقارنة والإدارة التربوية بجامعة العريش. AB - Reviewing intellectual production in the department of comparative education and educational administration increases researchers’ knowledge of the subject of their studies, raises their awareness, and avoids repeating topics. Accordingly, the purpose of the current study is to analyze the titles of approved master’s theses and doctoral dissertations in the department of comparative education and educational administration at Arish University in the period from 2008 AD to 2023 AD to develop topic trends. The bibliographic approach and the qualitative content analysis method were used, with a comprehensive inventory of the study population which was consisted of (53) master’s theses and (18) doctoral dissertations, which were analyzed through a bibliography that was prepared. Among the most prominent results in the field of educational administration was school administration trend which came in the first, followed by university administration trend, and the trends were varied in the field of comparative education. The study recommended that establishing a digital library for intellectual production in the department of comparative education and educational administration at education faculty at Arish University.
