AB - The aim of the research is to identify the theoretical foundations of intellectual capital management in universities, in terms of the concept of intellectual capital management, its components and principles, and the steps and constraints of intellectual capital management in universities, and then addressed some features of intellectual capital management (human, structural and relational) in some American universities (Harvard and Stanford Universities). And finally the research presented a proposal for developing intellectual capital management in Egyptian universities in light of the experience of some American universities.
