AB - The study aimed to know the intellectual frameworks of community education schools in the light of contemporary educational literature and identifying the theoretical basis for performance improving of community education principals in the light of ICT, disclosure of the reality of improving the management of community education schools in North Sinai in light of ICT requirements and access to the proposed vision for improving the North Sinai community education schools management in light of ICT requirements. The study was used as a tool for application to a sample of managers and some staff at North Sinai community education schools. The study came up with a proposal to improve the management of North Sinai community education schools in light of ICT requirements. (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
