AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى التلكؤ الأكاديمي وعلاقته بإدارة الذات، وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 100 طالب وطالبة من المدارس التابعة لإدارة التعليم الخاص في عمّان. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياسين للتلكؤ الأكاديمي ومهارات إدارة الذات، والتأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، بينت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التلكؤ الأكاديمي كان متوسطاً، وجاءت مهارات إدارة الذات بمستوى متوسط، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية غير دالة إحصائيًّا بين التلكؤ الأكاديمي ومهارات إدارة الذات. AB - The study aimed to identify the relationship of academic procrastination and self-management. A random sample of 100 male and female students was selected from schools affiliated with the department of special education in Amman. To achieve the objectives of the study, two measures of academic procrastination and self-management skills were developed, and ensuring their validity and reliability. The results of the study showed that the level of academic procrastination was medium, and self-management skills were at a medium level, and that there was a statistically significant inverse correlation between academic procrastination and self-management skills.
