AB - تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف أثر التفاعل البيداغوجي (أستاذ - متعلم) في تجويد التعلمات في السلكين الابتدائي والثانوي بالمغرب. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وجمع المعلومات عن العلاقة بين المتغيرين التابع (التحصيل الدراسي) والمستقل (العلاقة البيداغوجية)، اعتمدنا آلية الاستمارة التي استهدفت عينة من الأساتذة/ذات بلغت 1456 أستاذ/ة موزعين على جهات المغرب الثمانية. كما وظفنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على تحليل المضمون. وقد توصلنا إلى أن العلاقة البيداغوجيا لا تزال تطبعها سلطة المدرس ومركزية المعرفة، مما يحد من عملية التواصل ويحرم المتعلم/ة من حقه في التعبير بكل حرية. كما أن هذه العلاقة تؤثر بشكل كبير في التحصيل الدراسي إما سلبا أو إيجابا. فالعلاقة البيداغوجية السليمة والجيدة تحبب المتعلمين/ات في الدراسة وتساهم في الزيادة في الدافعية إلى التعلمات وفي ارتفاع التحصيل الدراسي وتجنب الهدر المدرسي. AB - This study aims to identify the impact of the pedagogical interaction (teacher-learner) on the quality of learning in primary and secondary education in Morocco. To achieve the objectives of the study and collect information on the relationship between the dependent variable (academic achievement) and the independent variable (pedagogical relationship), we used a questionnaire that targeted a sample of 1456 teachers distributed across the eight regions of Morocco. We used a descriptive and analytical method based on content analysis. We found that the pedagogical relationship is still characterized by the authority of the teacher and the centralization of knowledge, which limits the communication process and deprives the learner of his/her right to express himself/herself freely. This relationship has a significant impact on academic achievement, either positively or negatively. A sound and good pedagogical relationship makes learners love studying and contributes to an increase in motivation to learn, higher academic achievement, and avoiding school wastage.
