AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الفلسفة التربوية السائدة لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء قصبة إربد. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (350) معلمًا ومعلمة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال تطوير استبانة اشتملت على (40) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي (المثالية، الواقعية، الوجودية، البراجماتية) تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الفلسفة التربوية السائدة لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء قصبة إربد هي الفلسفة البراجماتية، ثم الفلسفة الواقعية، ثم الفلسفة الوجودية، وأخيرًا الفلسفة المثالية. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، وتبعًا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ما عدا الفلسفة المثالية، ولصالح فئة الدكتوراه. AB - The study aimed to determine the prevailing educational philosophy of public-school teachers in the directorate of education of the Irbid Qasabah district. The study sample consisted of (350) male and female teachers. The study used the descriptive survey methodology, by developing a questionnaire consisting of (40) items, distributed on four domains (idealism, realism, existentialism, and pragmatism). The results of the study showed that the prevailing educational philosophy among public school teachers in the directorate of education of the Irbid Qasabah district is the pragmatic philosophy, then the realistic philosophy, then the existential philosophy, and finally the idealistic philosophy. Also, there was no statistically significant difference in the study sample responses due to gender, and due to academic qualification, except idealism philosophy, in favor of PhD category.
