AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف العلاقة بين التنظيم الانفعالي والصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) معلماً ومعلمة في المدارس الخاصة في عمان، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة تم استخدام مقياسي التنظيم الانفعالي والصلابة النفسية، بعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، وتكونت العينة الاستطلاعية من (40) معلماً ومعلمة في المدارس الخاصة في المحافظة عمان، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية ودالة احصائيا بين التنظيم الانفعالي والصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان قيمتها عمان (0.474)، كما أظهرت النتائج مستوى متوسطًا من التنظيم الانفعالي بلغ (2.26) ومستوى متوسطاً من الصلابة النفسية لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة في محافظة عمان بلغ ( 2.26) كان بمستوى متوسط. AB - The study aims to investigate the relationship between emotional regulation and psychological hardness in a school in Amman. Where the study sample consisted of (200) male and female teachers in private schools in Amman, they were chosen randomly. To answer the questions of the study, the emotional regulation and psychological hardness scales were being used after completely verifying the authenticity and consistency of their scales. On the other hand, the survey sample consisted of (40) teachers in private schools in Amman. The results of the study showed positive relationship, statistically significant, between emotional regulation and psychological hardness on private schools in Amman value (.474). The study also showed an average (intermediate) level of emotional regulation its value (2.26) and average (intermediate) level of its value (2.26).
