AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج تدريبي لتحسين مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى الطالبات المعلمات في قسم التربية الخاصة في إحدى الجامعات السعودية، والتعرف على ما إذا كان هنالك فروق في استجابة الطالبات المعلمات على مقياس مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، استخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة. واشتملت أدوات الدِراسة على برنامج تدريبي، ومقياس مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين (من إعداد الباحثة). وطُبّقت هذه الأدوات على عينة الدراسة البالغ عدد أفرادها (14) طالبة معلمة، بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05α ≤ ) في استجابات عينة الدراسة على مقياس مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، لصالح المقياس البعدي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تضمين مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين وتطبيقاتها في مناهج التعليم، بالإضافة إلى تطوير برامج إعداد معلمي التربية الخاصة في كليات التربية بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العصر الحالي وخصائصه. AB - This study aimed to know the effectiveness of a training program in improving the skills of the 21st century with female student-teachers in department of special education at a Saudi university, and identify if there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the student-teachers to the measurement of the 21st century skills after applying the training program. To achieve the objectives of the study, a quasi-experimental methodology, of one sample, was used. The research tools included a training program, and a measurement for the 21st century skills, designed by the researcher. After testing both validity and reliability of the research tools, they were administered to a sample of 14 student-teachers. The findings of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the responses of the sample to the measurement of the 21st century skills in favor of the post-measurement. The study recommended the need to include 21st-century skills and their applications in educational curricula. Additionally, it emphasized the importance of developing teacher preparation programs for special education within education colleges, in line with the requirements and characteristics of the current era.
