AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تحقق المتطلبات: التنظيمية، المادية، البشرية للنشر العلمي الدولي للبحوث التربوية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الملك خالد. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، والإستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وقد طبقت على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الملك خالد، والبالغ عددهم (164 عضو هيئة تدريس)، وقامت الباحثة بتصميم رابط إلكتروني للإستبانة؛ حيث كانت عدد الردود التي جرى التوصل إليها (121) ردا بنسبة (74%)، وتوصلت الدِراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أبرزها : أن درجة تحقق إجمالي المتطلبات من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة الملك خالد، جاءت بدرجة (متحقق إلى حد ما)؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الموزون لإجمالي المحاور (3.21) بانحراف معياري قدره (0.52)؛ مما يشير إلى إنخفاض تحقق متطلبات النشر العلمي الدولي للبحوث التربوية في جامعة الملك خالد، والحاجة إلى مزيد من بذل الجهد لتحسين الواقع. وأوضحت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) فأقل، بالنسبة لإجمالي المحور الثاني: المتطلبات المادية، وإجمالي المحور الثالث: المتطلبات البشرية. AB - The study aimed to identify the degree to which the organizational material used the descriptive method in its survey style, and the questionnaire as a tool for the study. It was applied to the study community consisting of faculty members at King Khalid University, numbering (164 faculty members). The researcher designed an electronic link to the questionnaire, where the number of responses that were reached was (121) responses (74%). The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: (1) the degree of achieving the total requirements from the point of view of the faculty members at the College of Education at King Khalid University was at a level of (somewhat achieved), as the weighted arithmetic mean for the total axes reached (3.21) with a standard deviation of (0.52), which indicates a low fulfillment of the requirements for international scientific publishing of educational research at King Khalid University, and the need to make more efforts to improve the reality .It showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) or less, for the total of the second axis: material requirements, and the total of the third axis: human requirements.
