AB - The study aims to propose an appropriate educational administrative perception for organizational development in public education institutions in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, the methodology was used. The study clarified the concept of organizational development, its importance, and its principles. The study also clarified the reality of organizational development in public education institutions in Jordan, and the most important obstacles and challenges facing the organizational development process in public education institutions in Jordan. In light of this, an educational administrative perception for organizational development in public education institutions in Jordan was proposed, and the researcher recommended that the Jordanian Ministry of Education and its directorates benefit from this perception.
