AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور إداري تربوي لممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية الثانوية في فلسطين للقيادة الريادية استناداً إلى الاتجاهات المعاصرة في القيادة التربوية، وقد استخدم الباحثان منهج البحث النوعي القائم على تصميم التحليل الموضوعي. واستخدمت المقابلة كأداة للدراسة، إذ تضمنت إجراء مقابلات شبه معمقة، لتحديد السياسات التي يحتاجها مديرو المدارس لممارسة القيادة الريادية، والتعرف إلى تصوراتهم لتطوير تصور إداري تربوي للقيادة الريادية لمديري المدارس الثانوية في فلسطين، وأهمية تطوير تصور إداري تربوي للقيادة الريادية لمديري المدارس الثانوية في فلسطين استناداً إلى الاتجاهات المعاصرة في القيادة التربوية، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (15) مدير مدرسة، و(15) معلماً تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى ظهور (21) موضوعاً (Themes) متعلقة بأسئلة الدراسة، تم الاستفادة من تحليلها في وضع أسس التصور الإداري التربوي المقترح. AB - The study aimed to develop an administrative educational vision for the practice of public secondary school principals in Palestine for entrepreneurial leadership based on contemporary trends in educational leadership. The researchers used the qualitative research methodology based on the thematic analysis design. The interview was used as a tool for the study, as it included conducting semi-in-depth interviews to determine the policies that school principals need to practice entrepreneurial leadership, and to identify their perceptions for developing an administrative educational vision for entrepreneurial leadership for secondary school principals in Palestine, and the importance of developing an administrative educational vision for entrepreneurial leadership for secondary school principals in Palestine based on contemporary trends in educational leadership. The study sample consisted of (30) person, (15) school principals and (15) teachers who were selected intentionally. The study concluded with the emergence of (21) themes related to the study questions, which were used to develop the proposed administrative educational vision.
