AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تعليميّ قائم على أُنموذج كيلر التحفيزيّ في تحسين مهارات الاستيعاب القرائيّ (الحرفيّ، والاستنتاجيّ، والنقديّ) لدى طالبات الصف العاشر الأساسيّ في الأردن، تكوّن أفراد الدراسة من (60) طالبة، وزعّن على مجموعتين: تجريبيّة وضابطة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة بُنيّ البرنامج التعليميّ، وأُعدّ اختبار في الاستيعاب القرائيّ. دُرّست المجموعة التجريبيّة مدة ثمانية أسابيع وفق البرنامج التعليميّ، ودُرّست المجموعة الضابطة المدة ذاتها وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية، وطُبق اختبار الاستيعاب القرائيّ على المجموعتين قبل التدريس وبعده. وللإجابة عن سؤال الدراسة، استُخدمت الأساليب الاحصائية الوصفيّة، وتحليل التباين المشترك المتعدد (MANCOVA). وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05=ά) بين المجموعتين تُعزى إلى أثر البرنامج التعليميّ في مستويات الاستيعاب القرائيّ ولصالح المجموعة التجريبيّة، وأوصت الدراسة باعتماد البرنامج التعليميّ القائم على أُنموذج كيلر التحفيزيّ في تدريس النصوص القرائيّة. AB - The goal of this study was to explore the effectiveness of a proposed educational program based on Keller’s ARCS model of motivational design, on improving the achievement skills of reading comprehension (literal, inferential, critical) for female students in the basic tenth grade level in Jordan. The study population consisted of 60 students. They were divided into two groups; an experimental and a control. To achieve the goal of this study, an educational program, was constructed, and reading comprehension skills test was prepared. The experimental group was studied based on the proposed educational program, and the control group was also studied, based on the conventional educational programs. The reading comprehension skills test was given to the two groups before and after teaching. By using the Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA) statistical technique, it showed a statistically significant mean difference among the two study groups equal to (α=0.05) This result demonstrates the effectiveness of applying the educational program in improving the achievement levels of reading comprehension of the students in favor of the experimental group, the study recommended the adoption of the educational program based on the Keller Motivational Model in teaching reading texts.
