AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثراستخدام استراتيجيتي التعلم التعاوني والأمري في مستوى تقدير الذات لدى الطلبة الدارسين لمهارات كرة اليد في كلية علوم الرياضة بالجامعة الأردنية. تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته وطبيعة الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (28) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب مساق كرة اليد (2) في الفصل الدراسي الأول 2020-2021 الذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية، وقد تم توزيعهم على مجموعتين تجريبيتين: المجموعة الأولى تتكون من 13 طالبا وطالبة، واستخدم معهم الأسلوب الأمري، والمجموعة الثانية تكونت من 15 طالبا وطالبة، واستخدم معهم الأسلوب التعاوني، وقد طبق البرنامج التعليمي لمدة ستة أسابيع بواقع ثلاث لقاءات أسبوعيا بمجموع 18 حصة تعليمية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين الأسلوب التعاوني والأمري على تقدير الذات، وأن الفرق بين استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني والأمري كان ظاهريا ولصالح الأسلوب التعاوني على مستوى تقدير الذات. في ضوء نتائج الدراسة، نوصي باستخدام استراتيجيات تدريس متنوعة وخاصة استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني في تدريس مساقات كرة اليد لما لها من تأثير على مستوى تقدير الذات التي تسهم في تنمية المهارات النفسية. AB - This study aimed to identify the impact of using the cooperative and command learning strategies on the level of self-esteem among students enrolled in the Handball course in the school of Sport Sciences at the University of Jordan. The experimental method was used. The study sample consisted of 28 male and female students enrolled in the Handball (2) course in the first semester of 2020-2021 academic year. The students were selected non-randomly and divided into two experimental groups: the first group, consisted of 13 students to which the “command learning” was applied, and the second group consisted of 15 students to which the “cooperative learning” was applied. The educational program was applied for six weeks with three meetings a week, totaling 18 educational sessions. The results of the study showed that there were no statistical differences between the impact of cooperative and command learning strategies on self-esteem. Yet, it is worth mentioning that the impact of cooperative learning on self-esteem was slightly higher than that of command learning. it is recommended to employ variable teaching strategies, especially cooperative learning, in teaching handball courses for the indispensable role it plays in increasing the level of self-esteem, which, in return, helps develop psychological skills.
