AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى اتجاهات المرشدين التربويين في المدارس الحكومية الفلسطينية، نحو استخدام الإرشاد الإلكتروني، في ظل جائحة كورونا. وعلاقتها بالذات المهنية لديهم. قد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، إذ طبقت مقياسي: اتجاهات المرشدين التربويين نحو استخدام الإرشاد الإلكتروني على عينة عشوائية طبقية ضمت (453) من المرشدين التربويين في المحافظات الشمالية، في العام الدراسي 2020-2021م. أظهرت النتائج أن اتجاهات المرشدين التربويين في المدارس الحكومية الفلسطينية نحو استخدام الإرشاد الإلكتروني كانت إيجابية، بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.19)، وأن مستوى الذات المهنية لديهم كانت مرتفعة، بمتوسط (4.18)، كما وأظهرت وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين اتجاهات المرشدين التربويين نحو استخدام الإرشاد الإلكتروني، وبين مستوى الذات المهنية لديهم. وبلغت قيمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون للعلاقة بينهما (0.126)، فجاءت طردية موجبة؛ وبينت كذلك وجود قدرة تنبؤية دالة إحصائيا لإتجاهات المرشدين التربويين نحو استخدام الإرشاد الإلكتروني في الذات المهنية لديهم. وأشارت النتائج في جملتها أيضا، إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاهات المرشدين التربويين نحو استخدام الإرشاد الإلكتروني تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والمديرية. بينما أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة في الإرشاد لصالح من لديهم خبرة أقل من عامين وما بين (5-10) أعوام، كما وأظهرت وجود اتجاه إيجابي نحو استخدام الإرشاد الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الذات المهنية للمرشدين التربويين كان مرتفعا على المقياس ككل وعلى جميع الأبعاد. التوصيات: توفير البرامج التدريبية للمرشدين التربويين لرفع كفاءتهم في الإرشاد الإلكتروني‏. AB - The study aims to identify the attitudes of educational counselors in the Palestinian public schools towards the use of e-counseling in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and its relationship to the professional self. The study utilizes a relational descriptive approach. It applies two measures: counselors' attitudes towards using e-counseling and their professional self. The data is collected from a stratified random sample of 453 counselors during the academic year 2020-2021. The results indicate that counselors' attitudes towards using e-counseling were positive, with a mean score of 3.19. There is a statistically significant relationship between counselors' attitudes towards using e-counseling and their level of professional self, as indicated by a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.126. The relationship was positive. The counselors' attitudes towards using e-counseling have a statistically significant predictive ability on their professional self. The results show no statistically significant differences in counselors' attitudes towards e-counseling based on the following variables: gender, educational qualification, place of residence, and directorate. However, there are statistically significant differences in the variable of counseling experience, favoring those with less than two years of experience and those with 5-10 years of experience. Additionally, there are no statistically significant differences in vocational self among the counselors based on variables such as gender, educational qualification, place of residence, and directorate.
