AU - المزايدة، شروق أحمد علي AB - تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة أثر إستراتيجية الرؤوس المرقمة في تنمية دافعية التعلم لعينة من طلبة التاسع الأساسي في مادة الجغرافيا. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة (514) طالبة، وبلغت العينة من (57) طالبة من مدارس تربية محافظة معان، وإستخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتم تطبيق الاختبار التحصيلي للمادة بالإضافة لبرنامج تدريبي يتضمن أنشطة قائمة على إستراتيجية الرؤوس المرقمة، وبعد إستخراج نتائج العينة الإستطلاعية أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في درجات طالبات الصف التاسع على مقياس الدافعية نحو التعلم مادة الجغرافيا وفقاً للمجموعة (تجريبية، ضابطة)، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية ممن خضعوا للتدريس باستخدام الرؤوس المرقمة مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة الذين تعلموا بواسطة الطرق التقليدية. وأظهرت التوصيات: عقد ورش عمل لمعلمي الجغرافيا لتدريب على أساليب التدريس الحديث، وإجراء المزيد من البحوث عن أثر توظيف الاستراتيجية على مستوى تحصيل المادة مقارنة بالإستراتيجيات التعليمية الأخرى. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aims to determine the effect of the numbered heads strategy on developing learning motivation for a sample of ninth grade students in geography. The study population consisted of (514) female students, and the sample consisted of (57) female students from Ma’an Governorate’s education schools. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach, and the achievement test for the subject was applied in addition to a training program that included activities based on the numbered heads strategy. After extracting the results of the exploratory sample, the results showed. There are differences in the grades of ninth-grade female students on a scale of motivation toward learning geography according to the group (experimental, control), in favor of the experimental group who were taught using numbered heads compared to the control group who learned using traditional methods. There commendations showed: holding workshops for geography teachers to train on modern teaching methods, and conducting more research on the impact of employing the strategy on the level of subject achievement compared to other educational strategies.
