AB - هدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى مهارات الكتابة الوظيفية وعلاقتها بالذكاء اللغوي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بجمهورية تشاد، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقام الباحث بإعداد قائمة بمهارات الكتابة الوظيفية لدى طلاب الصف الثالث الثانوي، وتم بإعداد قائمة بمهارات الذكاء اللغوي المناسبة لدى طلاب الصف الثالث الثانوي، كما تم إعداد اختبار مهارات الكتابة الوظيفية، واختبار مهارات الذكاء اللغوي ثم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، واختار الباحث عينة من طلاب الصف الثاني الثانوي بلغ عددهم (67) طالبا وطالبة، وتم تطبيق أداتي البحث عليهما وتم رصد النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا وأسفرت عن النتائج الآتية: مستوى مهارات الكتابة الوظيفية لدى طلاب الصف الثاني الثانوي بلغ ( 19.69) وهي قيمة متوسطة، ومستوى مهارات الذكاء اللغوي لدى طلاب الصف الثاني الثانوي بلغ ( 10.15) وهي قيمة ضعيفة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين إتقان الطلاب لمهارات الكتابة الوظيفية وبين مستوى الذكاء اللغوي. AB - The research aimed to identify the level of functional writing skills and their relationship to linguistic intelligence among secondary school students in the Republic of Chad. To achieve the research goal, the descriptive analytical method was used, and the researcher prepared a list of functional writing skills among third-year secondary school students, and a test of functional writing skills and a test of linguistic intelligence skills were prepared, then their validity and reliability were verified. The researcher chose a sample of second-year secondary school students, numbering (67) male and female students. The two research tools were applied to them, and the results were monitored and processed statistically, resulting in the following results: The level of functional writing skills among second year secondary school students reached (19.69) It is an average value, and the level of linguistic intelligence skills among second year secondary school students reached (10.15), which is an average value, and there is a positive correlation between the students’ mastery of functional writing skills and the level of linguistic intelligence, and in light of these results, it was recommended. Paying attention to developing functional writing skills among second year secondary school students because of its positive impact on effective, linguistic, communication.
