AU - الخطيب، عمر AU - أبو غليون، عيد إسماعيل AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام التفكير فوق المعرفي في استيعاب مفاهيم الفقه الاسلامي لدى طلاب الصف العاشر الأساسي في الأردن. استخدم الباحث المنهج شبة التجريبي للتعرف على أثر استخدام التفكير فوق المعرفي في استيعاب مفاهيم الفقه الإسلامي . وأعد الباحث اختباراً لقياس المفاهيم الفقهية لدى عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (72) طالباً في مجموعتين (ضابطة- تجريبية). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها وجود أثر لاستراتيجية التفكير فوق المعرفي في تنمية استيعاب المفاهيم الفقه الإسلامي لطلاب الصف العاشر الأساسي، حيث تفوق طلاب العينة التجريبية على طلاب العينة الضابطة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة استخدام استراتيجية التدريس فوق المعرفي في جميع وحدات التربية الإسلامية الأخرى، كوحدة (العقيدة، التفسير، الحديث الشريف .. ). The researcher used the semi-experimental approach to identify the effect of usinga metacognitive strategy on developing the understanding of jurisprudential concepts. The researcher prepared a test to measure the jurisprudence concepts of the study sample, which consisted of (72) students in two groups (control - experimental). The study reached several results, the most important of which is the effect of the metacognitive teaching strategy in developing the understanding of the jurisprudential concepts of the tenth grade students, as the experimental sample students outperformed the students of the control sample. The study recommended the necessity of using the strategy of teaching supra-cognitive in all other units of Islamic education, as a unit (belief, interpretation, hadith...).
