AU - القرالة، أماني ماجد AU - مسمار، بسام عبد الله AU - المطارنة، محمد تيسير AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الممارسات الإشرافية وفقا لمبادئ اقتصاد المعرفة لدى مشرفي التربية الرياضية في مديريات التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الكرك، وكذلك تعرف الفروق المعنوية في تلك الممارسات الإشرافية بعد بعض المتغيرات كالجنس (النوع الاجتماعي) والخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال اختيار عينة موسعة من مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في مشرفي التربية الرياضية في مديريات التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الكرك؛ حيث بلغ عددهم (15) مشرفا يمثلون مجتمع الدراسة. وقد جرى استطلاع استجاباتهم بوساطة استبيان صمم لهذا الغرض احتوى 33 فقرة وزعت على 5 محاور بعد إجراء جميع المعاملات العلمية عليه من صدق و ثبات. أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى امتلاك الكفايات الإشرافية لدى أفراد العينة جاء بمستوى على جميع المحاور، وكذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة ألفا تساوي أو أقل من (05.) في درجة امتلاك مشرفي التربية الرياضية لمفاهيم الاقتصاد المعرفي تعزى إلى أثر متغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، والخبرة الإشرافية، والمؤهل العلمي). أوصى الباحثون بضرورة تشجيع الممارسات الإشرافية المرتفعة الجودة و تعزيزها، وضررورة معالجة الممارسات المنخفضة نسبيا وتفعيلها لدى المشرفين التربويين في التربية الرياضية في مديريات التربية والتعليم بالكرك. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of acqusition regarding knowledge economy concept amongest the physical education supervisors in Al-Karak directorate of education, and their concepts of knowledge economy regarding study's demographic variables such as (sex, experience, and scientific qualification). The researchers used descriptive method due to its suitability of the study. The sample of the study was (15) physical education supervisors from Al-Karak directorate of education. The questionnaire was designed for the purpose of the study. It contained (33) items distributed into five dimensions, the scientific coefficients such as content validity and reliability were checked out data were collected and treated by using descriptive statistics and MANOVA. The results showed that the level of acquisition among the physical education supervisors in AlKarak directorate for the concepts of knowledge economy was relatively moderate in all dimensions. Moreover, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences among the physical education supervisors for concepts of knowledge economy according to the variables (sex, experience, and scientific qualification). The researchers recommended that the need to activate the concepts of knowledge economy in the directorate of education in city of Alkarak by encouraging and reinforcing proper supervisory behaviors.
