AB - هدفت الدراسة تعرف دور الإشراف التربوي في تفعيل علاقة المدرسة بالمجتمع المحلي، وتكونت عينتها من (206) مشرفا ومشرفة في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة إربد، خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي (2016-2017). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطوير أداة اشتملت على (39) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات: الإدارة المدرسية، والمعلمون، والطلبة، أظهرت النتائج دورا مرتفعا للإشراف التربوي في تفعيل علاقة المدرسة بالمجتمع المحلي، وأن مجال الطلبة هو أقل مجالات اهتمام المشرفين التربويين، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجالات الدراسة (الإدارة المدرسية، والمعلمون) تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة الإشرافية، والدورات التدريببة، ولم تظهر فروق على متغير الخبرة الإشرافية في مجال الطلبة، وظهرت فروق تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولصالح فئة (الدكتوراة)، ووجدت فروق تبعا لمتغير (الدورات التدريبية) ولصالح فئة أكثر من (5 دورات). وقد أوصت الدراسة تعزيز مفهوم المدرسة المجتمعية لدى المشرفين التربويين (144). AB - The purpose of this study was to examine the role of educational supervisors in enhancing the relationship between schools and community during the second semester of the academic year 2017. The sample of the study consisted of 206 supervisors from school districts in the governorate of Irbid. To achieve the objectives of the study, a survey that included (39) items was designed for three areas: the school administration, teachers, and students. The results showed a primary role of educational supervision in the activation of school relationships with the local community. They also showed the lack of statistically significant differences between school administration and teachers due to the qualification variable. Supervisory experience and training courses did not differ from the supervisory experience variable, among other results.
