AB - The research aimed to identify the reality of organizational learning in the Taif Governorate Municipality and its relationship to improving the level of job performance from the employees’ viewpoint. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the research community was represented by all employees of the municipality, numbering 486 employees. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect the necessary data. This is due to its suitability for achieving the objectives of the research and answering its questions. It consisted of two axes, the first pertaining to learning and its dimensions (the individual, work groups and the organization) and each dimension with five phrases. The second axis pertains to job performance and it has one dimension with eight phrases, and it was distributed to a number of (100) individuals from the research community and retrieved (79) complete questionnaires to represent the basic research sample. By analyzing the results of the sample’s responses, the study reached a number of results, including that the reality of organizational learning in its three dimensions (learning at the individual level, learning at the work group level, and learning at the organization level) came to a high degree, and the reality of the job performance axis came to a very high degree, as the results revealed that there is a statistically significant relationship at a significance level of 0.05 or less between the responses of the study sample regarding organizational learning as a whole, and for each of its dimensions separately in improving the level of job performance of employees in the Taif Governorate Municipality. Among the most prominent recommendations is the need for the Taif Municipality to pay attention to providing material and moral incentives to employees.
