AU - الحسبان، كوثر أحمد خليل AB - The study aimed to know the degree of public school principals' practice of entrepreneurial leadership in the first Zarqa Education Directorate according to the variables (gender, educational qualification and number of years of experience), and its impact on the creative behavior of teachers from their point of view. The study used the descriptive survey method. The study tools consisted of two questionnaires (entrepreneurial leadership and creative behavior) after confirming their validity and reliability. The study sample consisted of (200) male and female teachers, who were selected using the available method. The results showed that the public school teachers' estimates of the degree of public school principals' practice of entrepreneurial leadership in the first Zarqa Education Directorate came with a high degree in its total score and in all its fields, as well as their estimates of their practice of creative behavior were high, and there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of the sample's estimates of the degree of practice of principals Government schools for entrepreneurial leadership are attributable to the number of years of experience, as well as to gender except for the field of risk, the differences were in favor of teachers, as well as for the academic qualification except for the field of risk, the differences were in favor of those who hold a bachelor's degree only. The results also showed that there was a positive, direct, statistically significant correlation between the averages of the respondents' estimates of the degree and total degree of government school principals' practice of entrepreneurial leadership areas, and their average estimates of the level of creative behavior in their fields and its total degree of its teachers. The most important recommendations of the study are the keenness to employ entrepreneurial leadership because of its impact on teachers' practice of creative behavior.
