AU - بني سلامة، قتيبة طه AU - بنات، سهيلة محمود AB - The study aimed to identifying the level of marital relationships in all of it’s form according to Gotmann's theory and its relationship to marital satisfaction among a sample of couples working in the directorates of education in Al-Balqa governorate. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, two scales were developed: the scale of marital relationships and the scale of marital satisfaction. After extracting the indications of validity and reliability of the two scales, they were distributed to the study sample, and the descriptive co relational approach was used. The results of the study indicated that the level of marital relationships was high, and that the level of marital satisfaction was medium, and no statistically significant differences appeared in each of the marital relationships and marital satisfaction due to the variables of gender and the number of years of marriage, and the emergence of a statistically significant positive correlation between marital relations and marital satisfaction. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends conducting more studies on Gotmann's theory and using other variables. Such as (culture, age when they married).
