AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى التعليم الإلكتروني وعلاقته بدافعية الإنجاز لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية الدراسات العليا في جامعة القدس المفتوحة، واستخدمتِ الدراسةُ المنهجَ الوصفي المسحيّ، ولجمع البيانات تم تطوير مقياسين لقياس متغيرات الدراسة: مقياس التعليم الإلكتروني وتكون من اثنتين وعشرين فِقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور وهي: (1) مدى استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني، 2) إيجابيات التعليم الإلكتروني، 3) سلبيات التعليم الإلكتروني)، ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتكون من ثماني عشرة فِقرة، وتمَّ التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، وتمَّ تطبيقهما على عيّنة مكوّنة من تسعة وخمسين عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنَّ واقع التعليم الإلكتروني ودافعية الإنجاز لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة القدس المفتوحة كانت بمستوى مرتفع، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في واقع التعليم الإلكتروني ودافعية الإنجاز تعزى لمتغير الرتبة الاكاديمية وسنوات الخبرة. واقترحت الدراسة عدة توصيات من أهمها زيادة اهتمام جامعة القدس المفتوحة بالمِنصات الإلكترونية من خلال تفعيل جميع الوظائف فيها واستخدامها بصورة مستمرة. AB - The study aimed to identify e-learning and its relationship to achievement motivation among faculty members at the College of Graduate Studies at Al-Quds Open University. The study used the descriptive survey method, and to collect data, two scales were developed to measure the variables of the study: the e-learning scale, which consists of (22) items distributed over three axes. They are: (1) the extent of use of e-learning, 2) the positives of e-learning, 3) the negatives of e-learning), and the measure of achievement motivation among faculty members, which consists of (18) items. Their validity and reliability were confirmed, and they were applied to a sample consisting of (59) a member of the teaching staff. The results of the study showed that the reality of e-learning and achievement motivation among faculty members at Al-Quds Open University was at a high level. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the reality of e-learning and achievement motivation due to the variable of academic rank, years of experience. The study proposed several recommendations, the most important of which is increasing Al-Quds Open University’s interest in electronic platforms by activating all functions in them and using them continuously.
