AU - عبد الرحمن، جهاد صالح AU - السعود، راتب سلامة AB - هدفت هذهِ الدراسة إلى تعرف الفكر القيادي التربوي للخليفة عمر بن عبد العزيز بناءً على ممارساته الإدارية. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الذي قام على تتبُّع الفكر القيادي والممارسات الإدارية عند الخليفة عمر بن عبدالعزيز، ونجاحه في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من خلال تحليل أقواله وأفعاله وسلوكياته في أثناء ممارساته الإدارية، وربط كل ذلك بالفكر القيادي الحديث، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الخليفة عمر بن عبد العزيز استند بفكره القيادي الإداري على الأصول الشرعية في الإسلام، وطبق ذلك من خلال ممارساته الإدارية والقيادية، وظهر ذلك في نمط إدارته وقيادته للدولة في التخطيط والتنظيم والتنسيق والمتابعة والرقابة واتخاذ القرار، وامتاز بصفات قيادية تتفق مع الأنماط القيادية الحديثة (الديمقراطية)، إذ اتخذ من منهج الشورى سبيلاً لبدء حكمه، وحارب الفساد الإداري والمالي، اختار الولاة الأكفاء، وتابعهم إداريًّا بتوجيهاته ورسائله المستمرة. ومن النتائج التي خلص لها الباحثان أن ممارسات عمر بن عبد العزيز القيادية والإدارية تتوافق مع أسس القيادة والإدارة الحديثة، ويمكن الاستفادة منها وتطبيقها في عصرنا الحالي. The researchers used the descriptive analytical methodology, which was based on tracking the leadership thought and administration practices of Caliph Omar bin Abdul Aziz and his success in achieving the desired goals by analyzing his words, actions and behaviors, during his administrative practices, and linking all of this to modern leadership thought, The results showed that the Caliph Omar bin Abdul Aziz based his Administrative leadership thought on the legal principles in Islam. This was applied through his administratively and leadership practices. This was evident in the pattern of his administratively and leadership of the State in planning, organizing, coordinating, following up, controlling and making decisions. He was characterized by leadership qualities consistent with modern leadership styles (democracy), as he took the Shure approach as a way to star his rule. He fought administrative and financial corruption. He chose the powerful governors and followed them with his directives and continuous messages. One of the results that the researchers concluded is that Omar bin Abdul Aziz’s leadership and administration practices are consistent with the foundations of modern leadership and administration, and can be used and applied in our time.
