AB - The study aimed to identify the level (practice of electronic leadership) and the level of (organizational health) in the schools of the Southern Mazar District from the point of view of teachers there, as well as to identify the relationship between the impact of the practice of electronic leadership on organizational health in public schools in the Southern Mazar District in Karak Governorate. The researcher used the (descriptive approach), by using the (electronic) survey method, by distributing it to the study sample. The study population consisted of all male and female school teachers in the southern shrine in Karak governorate, for the academic year 2022-2032 AD, and their number was (2187), according to the records of the Directorate of Education of the southern shrine district. The sample of the study consisted of (650) male and female teachers, who were selected by the stratified random method. The researcher prepared and designed the study tool, where the study tool consisted of the electronic leadership scale, consisting of (22) items, and the organizational health scale, which consisted of (22) items. The five-point Likert scale was relied upon in designing this scale, which consisted of five choices, namely: (I agree very much, I agree with a large degree, I agree with a moderate degree, I agree with a weak degree, I agree with a very weak degree). The researcher used the following statistical methods and treatments: arithmetic means, standard deviations, frequencies, stability coefficient (Cronbach Alpha), square of determination coefficient (R2). The results of the study showed that the level of electronic leadership practice in the schools of the southern shrine district from the teachers' point of view was low. It also showed that the level of organizational health in the schools of the southern shrine district from the teachers' point of view was low. The results also showed that there is a direct relationship between the variable level of electronic leadership and the level of organizational health in schools, as the lower the level of electronic leadership, the lower the level of organizational health in schools. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the need to prepare and develop training and rehabilitation programs for the administrative staff in schools that include the requirements and methods of the topic of both electronic leadership and organizational health, because of their importance in raising the standard and quality of the educational process.
